Tamale dinner and hands-on class with Edible Houston and Arlene Morales! We'll learn from one of Houston's favorite tamale makers. Arlene makes them from scratch (she makes her own lard) and you'll agree it makes a difference!
We'll make two types of Tamales (pork and chicken) and you'll take home 1/2 dozen (3 of each). We'll steam them using an Instapot!
Of course there will be beer, wine and soft drinks too!
Each guest also has the opportunity to pre-order tamales to take home after class. Just in time for the holidays!
